About Research
The Department Of Natural Resources & Waste Recycling is actively involved in research on sewage recycling, waste - water aquaculture, industrial waste water purification, solid waste recycling through fungal culture, isolating alternate proteins from industrial wastes and identifying non-conventional sources of protein from wild leaves and kernels. Studies on the identification of drought resistance forest species, effect of mineral dust on the performance of forest seedling also are being carried out. Simple cost effective sewage recycling systems was developed and its economics worked.
