School’s Achievements (using UPE Fund)

Under the focused area initiative of UPE, research in four major interdisciplinary areas is actively pursued in our school.

Development of Nanostructured Materials for
        (a) Chemosensors for heavy metals and toxic gases
        (b) Electrochemical sensors for pesticides
        (c) Biological applications
        (d) Energy applications

46 original research articles were published in reputed international journals with high impact factor out of 5 UPE projects

61 research papers were presented in both National and International Conferences and 3 interdisciplinary conferences were organized.

Major equipments required for research in nanoscience were purchased.

Infrastructure facilities for research and teaching were generated.
