ONE DAY NATIONAL SEMINAR ON PROSPECTS AND CHALLENGES OF STARTUPS IN INDIA on 22^nd JANUARY 2020.

In the inaugural function, Dr. K. Ravichandran, Professor and Head, Department of Entrepreneurship Studies delivered the welcome address. The National Seminar was presided over by Dr. M. Krishnan, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Madurai Kamaraj University. Dr. R. Jayaraman, Managing Trustee / Member Secretary, Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (TN) was the chief guest. Dr. V. Chinniah, Chairperson, School of Business Studies delivered the special address. 41 research papers were presented and published as an edited book with ISBN in the National Seminar. Dr. M. Sivakumar, Professor, Department of Entrepreneurship Studies delivered the vote of thanks in the inaugural function.
Shri. KR. Gnanasambandan, Founder Director and Advisor, MADITSSIA – Business Information Centre, Madurai was invited as the chief guest for the valedictory function. Dr. K. Anandhi, Assistant Professor, Department of Entrepreneurship Studies delivered the vote of thanks.

Saplings Planted

The School of Business Studies has planted 2000 saplings of Teak, Papaya and many other species, in Aadhanoor Village of Madurai district on 14th September 2017.
