The instruments are maintained at top performance level. The analytical services are used by teachers, research scholars, PG students in university departments, colleges,
R&D labs and industries. More 1000 users from more than 150 institutions have used the services and more than 7,500 samples have been analyzed during 2007-17.
Students from affiliated colleges visit the labs and receive training in sampling, operation and interpretation of spectra.
Electronics Services:
The Centre provides facility for repairing and servicing all types of electronic instruments. Sophisticated test and measuring instruments/tools are available.
Sufficient electronic components are kept in stock to avoid delay in repair. High precision instruments have been repaired at installation spot.
New instruments, needed for specific research measurements, that are either non-available in market or import substitutes have been designed and fabricated.
